I dealt with the GM Sarah upon drop off and pick up. She was very laid back and extremely knowledgeable. She was also very professional. She is the epitome of an excellent employee! It’s hard to find good customer service usually. But at Midas in Colwood, their service was absolutely awesome. I will definitely be back!
