I was meet at the Service Reception counter in a Professional and Caring manner. My details and vehicle information were entered into the data base in a fast and efficient manner, and the vehicle was carefully driven into the shop, by a clean and professional looking technician who used a plastic seat cover to insure cleanliness. I was offered a coffee while waiting in the surprisingly clean Reception area. Upon the timely completion of the service I was presented with a detailed invoice, noting suggested maintenance item requirements to insure safety. The noted requirements were discussed with me, and I received an addition document showing prices for my consideration. All in all, it was a very POSITIVE experience, and I will return to Midas for my future vehicle requirements. A Big ' Thank You ' to Craig and his Team at Colwood Midas !!!
