Probably the biggest issue with any auto service is trust. I trust Al and his guys. We have been going to Al 15-16 years or so. He has looked after us extremely well and there have been times where he has been up front and told me there are certain things that yes he could do it but it's going to cost significantly more than the dealer. This is why I trust him, he can hose me short term or lose me long term. We prefer dealing with him so much, that even when we moved a few years ago to a different area of the city, with many many auto service places in between. We still come back. We make a point of it, even thou it chews up many hours we feel it's worth it. I feel this is an aspect that corporate pencil pushers highly highly .under value. Create a loyal customer base, like Al has, keep them happy and coming back
