Why do you need to overfill the engine oil?

Friendly service , was fast even though it’s a busy Saturday in early November . They even brought me into the shop to show and explain my brakes were wearing thin and what can happen to the vehicle If not taken care of soon . I’ve got front end work done tie rods , bushings and struts etc done here before . Since my front makes noise again when going down some bumpy streets here in the “peg. I asked the technician about it and he said they’d fix it at no charge if it was something they worked on last year . I Can’t complain , I’d recommend service with Midas .

Accepted to do a diagnostic on my engine issue even though it was 5 min before closing time. Scheduled my car in for needed repairs first thing the following morning, clearly explained the issue and repair cost, and proceeded with the repair in a timely manner. I was back on the road for my cross country trip by 2pm. Can’t ask for anything more!

brutal. worst ever. I have a coupon $59 and asked how much to change my brakes. I was quoted $500- $600. lmao. I'm not drunk. I hung up. never going to phone them ever again.

With little notice, they were able to get me in the following day, identified my needs, and completed in one day. Also helped plan future service needs.
