The employees were absolutely wonderful to talk to, plus it killed the time while I waited for my oil to be done. Then they emailed me a very detailed and thorough list of things wrong with my vehicle, and went through every step with me. Overall I highly recommend this establishment for applaud and praise.

I didn't have an appointment but that wasn't a problem at all. They got me in right away and fixed the problem (power steering wasn't working) within 1.5 hours.
