I was fortunate to get my vehicle inspected and serviced in good time. The Manager Moira was great in communicating issues noted through inspection and helpful in sorting through the priority fixes required. Both friendly and professional service, I don’t always see this so I am always thankful when I do. 😊

My husband used Midas for his car for the first time a few months ago and we were so impressed by the welcoming, knowledgeable staff and the value we received that I didn’t hesitate to take my car in for its scheduled oil change. Moira who is the face of Midas at our location in Sherwood Park is so knowledgeable and helpful. She couldn’t do enough to accommodate me and ensure my understanding of what to expect. Her customer service was above and beyond. I really appreciated her phone call with explanation of work done and recommendations of what might need attending to. The work done is very satisfactory so thank you to all staff. I have already recommended this location to a friends today and will continue to direct as many of my friends and family as possible. My car needed a wheel alignment. Moira explained that after inspection I needed tie rods as well. She searched and found some and then searched again when I said it was out of budget. She was great in helping even though her shop was full and she had a million things on the go. She explained all the things I could get fixed and the things I needed for my tires and concerns I listed at drop off.
