I can in for a tire balancing and Midas showed me some concerns when they did a pretty through inspection on the car. Even though I have to change some parts out I greatly appreciate knowing exactly what I need to replace in order to get my car performing the best it can.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the appointment was exactly as long as quoted, there were no surprises. I encountered a small problem when I came to pick up my car, and it was swiftly and adequately resolved after bringing it to the attention of the gentleman behind the desk.

Braden provided outstanding service. Booked in at another Midas that didn?t workout and Braden Hughes made it happen. Drive in and out without notice or appointment.

Got a Toyota from BC and needed a out of province inspection to register vehicle in Alberta. Got an appt the same day and it was the lowest quote from 4 shops in St Albert. Kevin was nice, and inspection was done in 2 hrs.

I came in to Midas St. Albert location for an oil change and have to say it was some of the best customer service I've ever received . The manager Braden went above and beyond not just with me but to every customer I witnessed walking through those doors.

On time great service

First of all Kevin provided complimentary removal of tires off rims, so decided to bring truck in for unknown rattling sound. They found the problem and fixed it at estimated charge for diagnostics. everything was done very satisfactorily
