The guy front desk he will explain everything to the customer the process and the the time

everything was ok apart from the filters I found over priced my car is only 18month old and for that why could they not have pressureblow them out and it would have saved me $100that's my only complaint thank you

I missed the new managers name, but he was fantastic. They were overbooked, and yet he got both of my cars done the same day. Helpful and respectful. I would come back here just to work with the new manager. Solid.

I was put on schedule the same day I called and I didn't wait long for the service to be completed. All my questions were answered by Kevin at Midas St Albert

The only reason I have given this visit a 'good' rating as I had an appointment to have car in for 9. My husband brought in and was told 1 1/2 hours for oil change and tire swap. He walked over to mall and went back for 10:30. The car was still on the hoist and they had not done the tires yet. He did not get out for another 1 hour. If you are really busy be up front when care dropped off. I also understand that things happen, so call if running behind. They did have my husband's cell #.

Staff, Kevin especially was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate me despite the fact I was there after hours( I didn’t realize this). He arranged for me to drop off my car the next day for emergency repair ( catalytic converter sawed off) and managed to see to it . Very impressed!
