Courteous Staff. Even though this Store was very busy they still took time to install tires for me. It took a long time because they were very busy but I did not need my vehicle ASAP.

I had an incredibly difficult time booking the appointment due to the fact that the store I visited does not utilize the online quoting system advertised - so the quote given to me was $200 more than the quote I got online. But when I got there, Tracey was friendly and helpful and honoured the quote with no questions asked. His awesome attitude made me forget about all the prior difficulty

Their service is good Your command centre that actually books the appts needs to check with the location to make sure the appts they book in are scheduled on time. The location was behind 2 hours when i got there yet your command centre sent me there then and didn't know they were behind 2 hours The staff at location are awesome Your command centre appt setting is the issue .. Fixing that, updating with locations even twice at day - say at 11am and then at 3pm would be smart then the customer arriving for an appt just booked won't be disappointed and have to wait like i did .. THAT is not good customer service on your part and the location gets blamed so thought i better mention the issue here as your issue not the locations Norma HOpe
