They don’t fix it unless you approve of it first. They explain what needs to be fixed and how soon it should get done. And they tell you what the cost would be before they start the work

The service from all the staff was great. they kept me informed of what they found on inspection and what had to be done right away or could wait. The service was done fast and right. The price that was quoted was correct and all service was explained to me and the additional cost was quoted up front.
