Midas staff called me shortly after I requested an online quote and were able to schedule me for new winter tires, install and wheel alignment the next day. While the vehicle was there I requested they provide a quote to repair my muffler. The quote was very reasonable and they were able to complete all the work in the same business day. The staff at this location were extremely friendly and accommodating during a busy time. Pricing was comparable and they brought in the new tires for next day installation.

Customer service was good but seems like over booked customer and work load effect the time to do oil change should not take more than hour ,even with some visual inspection other wise is not cost effective for the company also with the cost associated with the oil change

The technician did a through visual inspection of my car and I was informed about safety and maintenance issue of my car which I didn't knew other wise. So I liked it.

I booked through Facebook and had to cancel twice but they accommodated my request and did a thorough job when I finally brought my car in. Satisfied with their service and they also did additional check on my vehicle and advised accordingly.
