I was treated very well pertaining to correcting my vehicle problem. However I felt my waiting time of little over 2 hours excessive, but I am ok with it.

I left my sons 06 Passat here to get the broken flex hose repaired. It turned out to be a difficult job but the bill was quite reasonable. I have used this shop before and will continue to. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff extremely patient and they know exactly what they're talking about they asked me if I'd be staying until the vehicle is down there I said no I'm leaving and they contacted me with the inspection results first and then they went ahead and did the brakes as scheduled the brakes are working great they told me some problem areas and need to be fixed sooner than later which I will be having done once I gather up enough money the gentleman helping me was named Jamie and he totally put me at ease with what I was doing with the vehicle and how the payment made method work autologiQ immediately after things took place they sent me copies of everything that I signed and that I needed to know which was a great help for me I've dealt with this branch of the company meaning Midas 53 many times before I have always got excellent service they've always explain things to a detail where I can understand what they're talking about I would highly recommend them to just about anybody and like I said once I gather up enough money I'll be going back to them to get things fixed that they recommended I get fixed thank you for your service

I showed up 25 minutes before closing and they were so amazing to replace all four of my tires when it was clear that my flat was beyond repair. They stayed past closing to make sure I could get home safely and really saved the day.
