There customer service is very poor and their manager kevin is one of their leader in bad attitude. He dont listen to you at all and always jump to you by yelling and he will declare you a liar. Same is his team with unacceptable behaviour. I took my 2 ve

"I developed an exhaust leak and walked in with no appointment. Although I did have to wait, I did get in and repairs were made. It was very busy and Midas found time for me. The wait was minimal considering I was asking to break in to the busy appointment "

I left my sons 06 Passat here to get the broken flex hose repaired. It turned out to be a difficult job but the bill was quite reasonable. I have used this shop before and will continue to. Highly recommended.
