Hello and kudos to the team at the 99 St. 34th Ave branch! Moira and Chris were outstanding! I booked an appointment for a Monday and when I get there, my appointment somewhat got lost in the system. It could turn out to be a problem but Moira and Chris could never have been more professional and help me book the next earliest slot. They were extremely helpful and was so nice. Moreover, the mechanic Tanner was really quick to do the service I didn’t have to wait for a long time, knowing that they were busy and fully booked that day. This branch at 99 St. is by far the best auto service I’ve been to.

It may be just me but I do not think the inspection is specific enough it says the same thing every time and only goes by recommended factory specks. Do they actually check? Doubt it they said problem. Recommend replacing break fluid. I had just replaced

The management is not as good here now as when the lady worked here (Mira). She was excellent! Midas was suppose to phone me about getting a part they didnt so went else where.

It was easy to book my tire change appointment. The staff were friendly. Yhe servicecwas completed earlier than expected.

"I was told my washer fluid was low and that they filled it free of charge. This did not happen. I don?t really care about that extra service, but if I?m told something is done, I expect it to be done. Makes me wonder what else was not completed. "

The entire team was super helpful and understanding with how stressful my situation was. They were quick to find the problem and managed to do a large repair the same day.

2 hours to change over 4 tires not great
