I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike today. What nice calm patient guy. They were short staffed and a bit behind and he pushed through. He was great to deal with. 110% recommend this place.

After a horrible experience at another location a friend recommended I try the 97st location. Midas locations are definitely different and I will now stick with Midas but this location. The manager is absolutely knowledgeable, honest and friendly.

Everything exceeded my expectations

Just one minor thing i was upset about was that they never gave me bakc my lock lugs and lug key for my tires i need to call tomorrow about it cause I need them back especially for my summer tires.

Block heater was not working. It was corroded and MIDAS cleaned it up instead of selling me a new one. Battery test failed (6 years old) and I got a new NAPA battery. This is good. Oil changes were on sale too.

Great staff. Well informed amd polite

This is my second time coming to midas for an oil change and I much prefer them to the others.. they tell you what's wrong but don't have the high pressure sales tactics of the other guys. I'll keep coming here.
