Additional work was needed then what had been scheduled for. The manager went out of his way to ensure they were able to complete all work within the one appointment. The service technician was also very accommodating.

Brought work van in for 150k km service. Braden Hughes had it booked and taken in right away. Great service from a personable young gentleman.

Was able to book an appointment for the next day. Got in on time and was complete before the end of day. No issues, everything is good now. Even got a inspection report with other areas I should consider getting serviced soon. Was not pressured to get more done than I asked for. Staff were friendly as usual. Easy to book appt. Techs diagnosed what I thought the issues were. Very thorough assessment of vehicle. Took into consideration that younger driver using the car to commute to university so recommend some things to try to make sure vehicle does not break down.
