Moira and her staff at this location were wonderful. Moira herself is very knowledgeable and understanding. Needed brakes done badly but I was on a very low budget. They presented me with a few different options for pricing which was great. Free inspection

The person I dealt with the day of my appointment was very accommodating and generally an overall nice guy. The additional inspections performed were not expected however very much appreciated for the price I paid for the oil change. This was likely one of the best oil change experiences I’ve ever had. Great overall experience. 10 out of 10 will recommend and come again.

Upon arrival I was greeted very nice by a lady at the desk who immediately got my car into an unscheduled appointment. The mechanic was also very informative after his inspection and notified me of things that I should do in order to have optimal performan

We called in the morning and they were able to get us in within the hour. When it was determined that work needed to be done they talked to us right away. We were trying to leave for vacation and so they worked very hard and got us our car an hour earlier than originally planned.

I brought my 2013 Caravan in because I wasn't getting any heat through the air system. I figured it was probably a malfunctioning thermostat and the technicians confirmed it by phone an hour after I dropped it off. They explained clearly what the exact issue was (broken thermostat that needed replacing), recommended a coolant flush and new cabin filter and gave me the price for the service. I picked the vehicle up 3 hours later and low and behold I had heat again.

Came in for what I believed would be a complete brake job. The professional and honest staff identified my problem as just oil brake contamination.Result: They saved me over $400!!!Thanks and you WILL see me back.

Awesome service however when removing a customers wheels to check their rotors for wear they should be advised to check wheel lugs for a re-torque. Nothing was mentioned to me. But seeing the pictures of my rotors with wheels off will say enough. But others may not relate it to a posssible safety hazard later on!
