I showed up before my appointment, I got service right away , and it was quick concise and efficient I was given updates throughout the whole experience

I have dealt with Midas on the north side and very impressed. Recently i moved to the south side and got my vehicle serviced on the south side location. Same great service no bs just honest work 5 star

They did what was expected and were able to get me in last minute. I needed an oil change asap as I was 2000km over already. I didn’t have an appt. I just called and they were able to get me in right away.

The experience was great! Did the online booking and I was phoned back a short time later to schedule. It was done at the promised time and the customer service was very professional and nice.

We came in for their special on oil change and tire rotation. And they were done with the time they quoted. The gentleman upfront was friendly and helpful. And there was no problems. We will be back to this location to get other things looked at.

The front desk man Steve,was friendly and patient with the concerns I had with transmission problems that a day prior ,I paid $997.50.I came in for oil change,asked if they would look at transmission leak that I paid to be repaired, thankfully they say the problem and fixed it.Im very great full as if I trusted the mechanic that I paid just shy of a grand my transmission would have blown and be out of a car.

I just want to say AMAZING service the Store Manager Mr.Steven Donnan at the Midas on 104avenue and 63rd Street in Edmonton Alberta So friendly and has a great sense of humor. My husband and I stayed at the store while our vehicle was getting serviced for an oil change and changing our tires to winter tires. Super personable knowledgeable and an overall amazing person since the shop was quiet we had great conversation. Which made the waiting time fly by soo fast. Thank you and keep up the amazing customer service!! Will definitely be a returning customer!
