When I dropped of my car I was told the inspection would take about an hour and I would get a call with updates around then. About 45 minutes after I got the call plus a text that included pictures of problem areas and a full run down of what was checked - I have never received this thorough of an inspection call before. I was told what the problem was, what the issue would be without repair, and the severity of the issue. When I went in to pick up the car I was given my report/receipt and without having to ask each line was explained- again not something that happens often. I really appreciate the clarity and understanding that not everyone knows every inch of their vehicle and being able to put things into simple terms without talking down to me.
