While I waited for my vehicle the person at the desk had to attend to someone who was quite beligerant. The attendant was respectful and understanding of the client and was able to reassure the client he was heard.

I booked my service appointment on line a day before and I received a prompt response. Upon drop off I was helped quickly and no waiting.

They give you a quote an let you know what needs to be done now and what you need to keep an eye on but that could be deferred a bit. I got help with the Midas card to get no interest payments for 6 months. I have never felt ripped off by this location and

I was lucky enough they could take on my van immediately to check no block heater and repaired the cord
