I went to get a second estimate to compare prices .Brad was very helpful and showed me exactly what the problem was He thoroughly explained what needed to be replaced and what was still ok... This was impressive...The other quote I got was a great over sell...Upon returning for the repair several days later, Brad remembered my name and greeted me as a valued customer. His friendly manner was noted. He is definably a great ambassador for you company...It was certainly refreshing to see this kind of customer service... Great job guys

Brad and Bryan at the 64 Ave Calgary Midas are always exceptional. I feel like a valued customer whether regular maintenance or bigger issues. They listen to my concerns and never brush off that something is important or worrying to me. They are honest (after having been with many mechanics who are not this is extremely important to me) and I feel I can trust them not to take advantage of a lack of knowledge just to charge a customer more. They show integrity and make sure I always feel safe on the road.

So the work was fine, but customer relations could use a little work, maybe it was a bad day? But grumpy customer service doesn't advertise well.

Service received was outstanding; Brad is great to deal with, explaining issues and repairs plus giving options when available. Love how technology is used, link to the inspection provided with detailed findings and photos. Fantastic.

They quoted me a price for winter tires... then suddenly the price went up a couple hundred bucks. They also stripped my lock nuts and just replaced them with regular nuts.

I recently brought my car to the 64 Ave NE Midas location for an oil leak. It was fixed quickly and for exactly the amount I was quoted. I was very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend them.

Ripp off.Paid 700.00 dollars to have exhaust replaced and the work was not done.Took back car and they refused to put on exhaust.Instead gave me another quote of 500.00.For what?I already paid for services not done
