I didn't have an appointment. This was my first time to visit Midas. I was not sure how it works. It turned out that drop-in and pick-up was way easier than I thought. Received text message with service report link to explain everything they did. So easy to access and understand. Done in a couple of hours and very impressive about the whole service. No hard sale and hidden charges. Efficient and professional. Definitely come back for next service. 5 stars.

Great people and VERY reasonable prices

The shop manager Roman was friendly and nice to talk to. The service was explained well, although there was a price difference before and after the estimate. However, the reason for it was reasonable and the manager gave me a free oil change for the price discrepancy. I am highly satisfied for the quality of the service and professionalism. I am thinking to bring more of my friends and my business partners if they need auto service like brake pad change or oil change. Thank you for your great service, Roman.
