I had been searching for a reliable mechanic after a number of problematic experiences. I had been through 2 dealerships and one local mechanic. The issues was always the same, locating a new expensive problem every visit. I was tired of the game. They had once again quoted me thousands of dollars to fix something on my vehicle, so I left and contacted Midas. The Midas staff I spoke to about this alleged new car problem was understanding, communicative and chose to view my vehicle before quoting a price. He found the problem not an immediate issue, but did find a small issue. I was able to do a number of services I had been trying to do, along with the issue they found and saved money. They were timely, efficient, and highly communicative. I appreciated them.

Quick and friendly service

No appointment, drop off, timely service. Would of appreciated quote options for products vs just a premium quote, after calling back find out there was a lower cost option for my service and truck, was very happy and less nerves about the potential bill.
