My appointment was for 8:00 am. I was received by staff at 7:50. My car was taken in for service (check and repair A/C) at 8:00 am! I was called when the Inspection was complete. (Sorry I answered the question about Communication inaccurately, I did receive some communication during the appointment.). The problem and cost to repair were discussed with me. I agreed to the repair which took about 40 minutes, shorter than expected. Once completed I received a call to let me know my car was ready for pick-up at 10:35 am.

I am from out of town and the problem started quickly. I thought it was my muffler but it was something else very minor which they were able to fix quickly and get me back on the road. The location agreed to properly patch my tire without an appointment. I had been turned away from 3 other places that day including a Midas location I have used before. Sheila is wonderful, the technician was very conscientious took time to explain an issue I didn’t know I had with some custom rims.
