I emailed Midas for an estimate, and received an email in less than two hours with an estimate. I then phoned Midas, and spoke to Raymond. He asked me to come in the next morning to take a better look at the vehicle, and to leave the vehicle if possible for the muffler to be replaced. I arrived and Raymond explained the quality muffler that they would install, and I agreed to have the service done. The tech (Erminio), took me to the vehicle on a hoist, and explained in great detail how the install would turn out. Raymond called me a couple of hours later to inform me the vehicle was ready for pickup. The vehicle now feels like new. Great communication by Raymond, and Erminio.
