Hardly had time to log-on to my Laptop and get some things done. Andrew and the team were fast and efficient as usual. Cost reasonable and as expected.

I am always pleased with the service and work I receive from Midas. I have been coming here for many years. Andrew is always so pleasant, helpful and accommodating. He explains everything in great detail and always uses actual parts as part of his explanation. My only complaint is that the bearings on my car have been noisy for a really long time (almost 2 years) but it wasn't until this visit that it was found that they needed replacing. Overall, I really like coming to Midas and will continue to do so.

Fast efficient and knowledgeable

I was very satisfied with the service from start to finish.

They were pleasant to deal with. Shop was busy but they still took time with me. Explained my problem in lay terms and were very respectful.

I got the information and options to choose. They clear the alert on my panel.

Safety inspection was done as predicted within a hour as I waited in the customer area. Receptionist, manager, and staff in general were very nice to deal with. Waiting area was very clean and was able to watch TV while waiting. Overall, a fabulous experience and will go there again for future car services.
