Excellent service as usual. Vehicle went in on time and was out in under an hour. No pressure to upsell any products or services.......just the LOF that I needed.Will be back with both cars.

They gave me an appointment the next day. Told me the total including taxes and I paid that exact amount on my visit. And the staff were friendly and efficient.

I came in to fix a light bulb for my Honda civic. The first person that tried to assist me was very rude and was being very excessive and not helpful at all. He asked me what kinda light do I need and explained to him. My car is outside if u can take a look. I decided to take the lights out on my own. It took me a couple of mins but figured it out. At that point I decided to go to Canadian tire and try to purchase my own light and install them myself. Unfortunately the light I bulb I needed wasn't available. I ended up going bck to midas to purchase the light and was helped by a very friendly individual that is always there when am doing my oil changes. Purchased the light and installed them by myself. Overall that location is great. Actually the first time I wasn't satisfied.

The front receptionist there is rude to customers and does not try to help.
