We had an unexpected emergency brake issue with no appointment. We called ahead and while there were no appointments available, Jack said to bring it in to get it checked. Not only did he check it, his team communicated the problem and fee estimate, and then completed the service on the dame day. They communicated when the vehicle would be ready and it was when we got there. Great service, timely work and great communication.
