The manager, Peter, and mechanic, Neil, were friendly professional, friendly, and thorough when explaining what was wrong with the car and what they were going to do about it. I don’t know a lot about cars and Neil was very patient with me. I live 30mins away but will have Finch and Victoria Park Midas as my regular mechanic, because this is how you get loyal customers.
