The owner Jack was very communicative with me and handled my tire situation with great care. However, a simple snow tire change to summer tires took longer due to some tire issues not expected and therefore having to purchase 2 new summer tires. The snow tire that had the slow leak turned out to be a crack in inside of the alloy rim and therefore Mida could not fix it. The snow tire needed to go to Leprecon in Vaughan to be fixed however, as a customer they do not pick up therefore I would have to drive out there (45 minutes) to take care of it. I thought Midas would have that arranged as Leprecon can pick up from a business locations such as Midas. Ernie 437-439-7955
