My husband is a car guy and has always done most of the repairs on our vehicles on his own. He went to Midas for a specific fix, and was so pleased with the service and repairs he now lets them do much of the work, which is HUGE! He calls ahead, checks in and asks his questions, which are always answered honestly and immediately. Then drives in whichever vehicle needs the repair. He is treated with respect, when he asks his questions while the repairs are being done. If the repair is a longer fix, the timeline given is always spot on or pretty close to what was quoted. Absolutely pleased with this location, good managers with a good team behind them!

The manager of the branch was accommodating and professional. Everything was done in a timely manner. There was a young lady there getting training for the new role. She was very friendly and helpful. I will certainly go back there for other maintenance procedures.
