Haven't been disappointed yet.

I am always treated like the most important customer when I come to Midas in Thunder Bay. Rob's staff are very friendly and explain every detail and even saved me money at this visit with coupons. I was very happy with the service.

The customer service is exceptional and satisfied for the service rendered by mechanics. I went to other and supposedly paying 1500 for whole muffler but in midas they told ne there's nothing wrong with muffler it's the tube connected to muffler. Thanks for being honest without a doubt I highly recommended midas thunder bay.

I've been dealing with the Midas in Thunder Bay, ON since 2009. They have always gone above and beyond for me in any way they can. The owner Rob is awesome, and very willing and able to take care of any concerns and/or problems I have. I love my local Midas and take any opportunity I have to recommend it to all my family and friends. I've been known to give them some goodies from Tim's to express my appreciation for their incredible service.

I like that they are open on Saturdays. I like the friendliness of the staff. I am a regular customer at Midas and I have had no problems ever.
