Alex is a great manager - takes an interest, even with a custom project like mine. Where some of my ideas turn out to not be perfectly safe or risky, he bears my disappointment well :-)

I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Alex. They fixed my muffler as low cost as possible and didn't push for other products. I was selling the car so I didn't want to spend a bunch of money. I will definitely go here again.
