After reading all reviews I expected more professional approach. I called for quotes for brake service and I was told it will be around $1100.00 for my car but I have to bring my car for inspection to have exact quote. I was assured it takes 15 minutes onl

Everything was done to perfection

I trust the Bank Street Ottawa location technicians and I have always received good advice from them. I have never felt as though I have been 'ripped off'.

The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain things. They deliver excellent service, every time. Service and products are priced right. I have returned to Midas again and again because of the excellent customer service and great work done.
