I am a young girl who knows nothing about cars, when I came back to pick up my car after the oil was changed the technician at the front desk began explaining some other minor problems they found. since I know nothing about cars, I called my Dad who lives 6 hours away and the technician was able to talk to him about everything for me so the message was relayed clearly. very happy w there service and will be back until I graduate from university.

"I had my car in at the dealer and received a estimate on my brakes of over one thousand dollars. The guys at Midas Bank told me and showed me I needed ""no"" brakes at all. I also received a estimate on my van for brakes elsewhere but had them done at Midas "

"I had made an appointment to have my winter tires removed and my summer tires installed. I booked for 8:00am and was out of there at 8:25. Great job, tires put in holders and cheaper than most dealers. Son had his auto done there also.Keep up the good wor"

Even though there were no available appts that day, the manager listened to my situation: upcoming travel plans to catch a flight the next day & wanted to help. By mid afternoon, my car had been diagnosed, estimated $ called to me, parts ordered & car repaired. Super pleasant , efficient service that went beyond normal. Very happy !
