I was out of town, first time there and although they were very busy, they not only fixed my problem, but Alex went the extra mile identifying and solving an issue that was a safety concern I was not aware of. I felt like these guys are honest, transparent, and genuinely care about their customers, not about adding more to the bill. This shows integrity, shows that they take pride in the work they do, it shows they care about their job!! Hard to find people like this now days, mostly when you take your car for repairs. My many thanks to Alex who worked on my car and to the whole crew. YOU are the ones that make this Bank St, location in Ottawa stand out.

The guys who work there are always good to me. And providing me with a loaner vehicle so I can get to work is excellent. Every one is always friendly. They also explain things to me about my service that is easy to understand.

Forget the 2 guys at the desk but they were grat employees, very kind, explained in detail. Also saw them deal with another client who had to pay a large some for repairs offered them a discount, and explained the reason behind everything they had to do to make her car safe to drive. as well they made the wait quite enjoyable by the conversations we had
