I have historically used other companies for car issues but will return to Midas following this experience. Staff was friendly, clear and forthright. Scheduling was easy and fast. Prices were reasonable. More than anything I didn’t feel like I was constantly being upsold. Friendly welcome by Randy when checking in. Follow up call received within reasonable time frame explaining what car problem was found and necessary work involved to fix the problem and cost estimate. Car was repaired before time promised and repair cost was what estimate had been ... no surprises. Also received good advice regarding replacement of lug nuts when next scheduling car for tire rotation. Very pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. Also happy that work could be performed on a Saturday. Too many places not offering extensive Saturday services anymore. I'll be a repeat customer.

I made the appointment online and was given an appointment the next day. The manager Randy saw me upon my arrival, explained the checks he would perform (brakes on front). I was impressed that he found a problem with stab link, and said he could fix that too. Got my vehicle back in a few hours and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy!
