Sent my daughter to Midas to get the car fixed - brakes and muffler - costly repair as there was a ball joint that needed replacing as well - however midas did what they could to contain costs - and they explained everything to her - really appreciated thi

waiting time is reasonable, total oil change is about an hour, can be a bit shorter though. There are some recommended services, but was not brought up to me earlier so cannot do it this time due to schedule.

The mechanic explained what was wrong with the car, showed me the problem areas and gave me an honest assessment of next steps.

From the staff out front to the mechanics...they are just great to deal with. They explain everything in detail as to what needs and doesn't need to be done. I've been with this team for years and will not take my car anywhere else. It's always nice to be recognized by name as well. They are terrific!
