I recently brought my car in for an oil change with a coupon and was charged an extra $15. The charge is for extra oil which is confusing and surprising as my vehicle only holds so much oil to begin with. This extra charge was not explained.

Super friendly workers and priced reasonably! Typically I’m scared to go to a auto shop by myself being a young female with no real knowledge about cars I typically take my father with me due to being scared of getting taken advantage of. My father was feeling under the weather today so I went by myself. I’m glad to say the people here were super sweet and did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge about vehicles. They got the work done fast and I have not had any issues with my car since coming in today. Thank you guys for your fast, amazing customer service and even educating me about my car. Every time I go to this Midas I appreciate dealing with Chris. He is always kind,respectful and easy to deal with. I appreciate his customer service as being a woman many times you are treated like you are dumb when it comes to car care. Chris has never made me feel that way. He always make me feel like I am a valued customer and goes above and beyond to accommodate my my needs.
