Had a routine Oil Change to get done - also got my air filter replaced. Technician was really concise and helpful in explaining other parts of my car that might need servicing. Was in and out within an hour even with the air filter replacement!

It is very easy to book an appointment with Chris, he is very familiar with me and my car and knows me by name. The car was ready on time. Unlike other car repair shops, I never feel that he is charging me for an extra repair I do not need.

The muffler pipe after the catalytic converter was broken off due to rusting. The repair of the two pieces by reattaching them was all that was required. No expensive replacement of the entire system which is I believe made of stainless steel on a Cadillac. Sensible work was performed and unnecessary expense was avoided. Thank you.
