The waiting room is warm and inviting. Water for clients if needed and good space to wait in line or sit. Plants in the area offer a nice feel. Then you meet the staff. Tina is wonderful. She's warm and friendly always greeting people arriving to the shop. I've heard her explain the work needed to be done or completed. It's honest and direct, giving the customer options in most cases.

I’ll start with the overall welcoming, pleasant and professional atmosphere there. Then The call I got to explain a broken part that was required, and that they could get it from a nearby Nissan dealership. When I arrived to pick up my car they were installing the new part, checked it carefully and all was done. Quickly, pleasantly and efficiently.
