Many thanks to Dave Craig for his professional and efficient handling of servicing and tires for my vehicle

Every staff member is always courteous and friendly! They come across as being honest and sincere if/when additional work has to be done. Their friendliness makes you feel like a valued customer. What I do NOT like about this survey is that the chance to win a prize is NOT for Canadian residents. This is NOT conducive for positive customer relations. Midas offers a chance to win a prize but once you're finished the survey you're told it's for US residents only. This is 'bad' business practice - it comes across as being Canadian customers don't matter. Does Midas understand we DO have other options here? I go to Midas because I TRUST the brand - your pricing is comparable to most of your competitors here in Canada. Do better please. Thank you for your time.

This was a rescheduled appointment due to weather conditions. I arrived on time and was warmly greeted. Brad met me promptly and my vehicle was taken in for it's oil change within 10 minutes. I was ready when he said. I am going to schedule today for the recommended work to be done. As always I am very satisfied with the service at the Midas Gardiners Rd location in Kingston.

Quick and friendly service

All around experience was amazing... the past couple times have been great its been a big improvement from 10 years ago I'm happy to say I'm a midas customer

I have visited this Midas many times and have interacted with many different staff members - they are always friendly and a pleasure to communicate with. Generally speaking, Midas is a brand I can trust. Where other service centres will tell you, you "need" to get this done ASAP whereas Midas usually tells you what needs done straight away and what can wait a little longer - this is courteous.

Went the extra mile to make my experience a happy one. Thank you!

I didn't know what was causing my vehicle to stall. They kept my vehicle and determined the crank shaft sensor was gone. They replaced and I have my car back Thank you for solving this issue.
