This was a rescheduled appointment due to weather conditions. I arrived on time and was warmly greeted. Brad met me promptly and my vehicle was taken in for it's oil change within 10 minutes. I was ready when he said. I am going to schedule today for the recommended work to be done. As always I am very satisfied with the service at the Midas Gardiners Rd location in Kingston.

I have visited this Midas many times and have interacted with many different staff members - they are always friendly and a pleasure to communicate with. Generally speaking, Midas is a brand I can trust. Where other service centres will tell you, you "need" to get this done ASAP whereas Midas usually tells you what needs done straight away and what can wait a little longer - this is courteous.

I didn't know what was causing my vehicle to stall. They kept my vehicle and determined the crank shaft sensor was gone. They replaced and I have my car back Thank you for solving this issue.
