The associate I dealt with was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very honest . My car was ready quickly, and the pick up process was very efficient.

Went for my oil change at which time the tech told me my winter tires needed replacing.Upon telling him my husband was a retired tech his mood changed.After I got the car back while driving home the engine light came on.My husband checked it and found the was oil spilled all over the valve cover and onto the number coil.My husband cleaned off the oil and clear the engine light and it hasn't come back on.My husband rotated back to all season tires and noticed that the cover that is removed to do the oil change had oil all over it. The tech that changed the oil didn't even clean it off.Good deal for a oil change but sloppy work.I won't be back.
