The person who I dealt with was very friendly and kept me posted as they awaited a part. Even got me a better price as the parts source made an error so it took a bit longer than anticipated.

Good quick service. Only complaint I have was that it was not explained to me when the evaluation of the car was given back to me. There were two yellow areas and something about the wheel alignment I didn?t understand .

Ease and friendliness of staff

Location seems to be improving from my first visit for an oil change. Still need to try and get the wait time down a little for an oil change and tire rotation.

The service is always great at midas. The only negative thing is they are kinda slow when it comes to changing the tires. I figured 1 hr 1.5 hours but so far it's been 2 hrs. Other then that the service I receive at the gardiners rd location is great.
