Midas

I brought in the car at the appointment I had and the service was supposed to take two hours. When I came back after two hours to pick-up my car, nothing has been done and I had to wait an additional one hour and 45 minutes.

Appt made easily, vehicle in on time. Brought brake requirements to my attention. Convenient location for me.

Not acceptable

As always, Shawn and his technicians were models of efficiency, thoroughness and value-added service. It is always a pleasure to visit this branch of Midas, and I have been a patron for over 10 years.

It is very sketchy and misleading that you only feature the 5 and 4 star reviews on your website. Nothing says a poorly managed and untrustworthy operation like lying on your website before customers even get to you. Your owner and the parent company shoul

I travel to BC and back every summer and Midas has looked after my old car and new one for approx. Twenty years. My old car made it to 300,000 plus before I got the new one and I credit the guys at Midas for helping me save money.

Had an oil change appointment booked at 1pm. Got there at 1250 & was told it would be 45 minutes. 2hrs & 30 minutes later before my car is ready. Oil changes take 9 minutes at other shops! Was told it was 'busy'. Don't give time slots if they're not going

I didn't have an appointment, but I had a tire emergency and I was able to get in immediately. The price was lower than I expected.

I went in for a safety inspection. They quoted a price of $109.95*tax. The safety was refused because of numerous issues they found with the car. I was given a rough estimate of all the work that would be needed to qualify for a safety cert. I then went to

I booked an oil change online. The staff were very professional and kind. The service was quick and efficient.I would definitely recommend to friends!

I went for a simple winter tire change to this location only to have the technician look under my hood without asking me. I did not have any problems before I took it for the tire change. The front desk person then told me i have issues with the coolant

Sean is a personable and efficient front person for Midas. His calm manner means he carefully spells out the problems and he listens patiently. Good experience.
