This was my first trip to a Midas. The person that helped me out was the new manager of the store. He was extremely helpful and friendly. I am definitely getting all of my oil changes done there from now on!

I was treated the way I expected to be treated. Associate seemed to be competent and was respectful at all times. I seem to get consistant service from this location, I have two vehicles so that is important to me.

I took my Mercury Mariner Hybrid suv in to check out my brakes, as they have had to replace the rotors three times in less than 100k miles. I was told my brakes were great, but needed 1 new ball joint and 1 outer Tie Rod end, and a front-end alignment. They did those and car was also cured of what sounded like a low power steering pump reservoir, but my suv is electric steering and doesn't have hydraulics. Ford quoted me $1400 to replace, turned out to be the ball joint
