They were busy on arrival but got me in quickly and only was there about a half hour. The associates are always great and explain everything to you. Love going there cause it is only about 5 minutes from my house. Been going there for years.

My appointment was timely and my wait was short. John had set up a plan to call when my tires arrived at the shop and then we set up the appointment to have them mounted and the oil changed, He was aware that I would be waiting for the work to be complete which I felt was very reasonable.
