Manager assisted me with discount coupon even though I could not find one on the internet for oil change.

Daughter took it in for a engine light. Code was read, fix needed explained, and work was done as needed. I told my daughter that she takes her car there for now on.

I had originally scheduled an appointment for the 24th but I put it in my calendar as the 26. When we showed up the night before to drop off the car they told us that we did not have an appointment schedule but he said that he would try and fit us in. The inspection was done by 11am the next morning! So glad they could fit me in even though I messed up the days.

I was able to book an online appointment after hours and get in the next morning for service.I needed an inspection on my truck.It turned out that it needed serviced to pass inspection and it I was able to have that done without an additional appointment.The work was completed and I was very happy with the excellence service I was provided.Thank you !

Ease of dropping off my vehicle

I had excellent service. going back for exhaust work.

Sales associate was great. Very helpful. And he did not speak down to me even though I didn't know very much about what was being down. Explained things well.

I like going to Midas as I can do a walk-in or schedule at my convenience. They are thorough and fast and when I leave I know my vehicle is ready to go.

i only take my cars to midas in washington pa. brian is a great manager and jim is the only mechanic i would trust with my family's vehicles.
