The gentleman that assisted me helped me to understand the inspection last year since it was my first time ever having an inspection and this year still was able to assist. I originally scheduled my inspection and oil change with Pep Boys, as they are who I usually use. However, they cancelled my appointment for the second time so I figured I would try Midas. They were amazing from making the appointment, to drop off, communication about my vehicle during the inspection process and pick up. The technician stated they would change the air filter as it was in bad condition. They asked me if I would like it changed and did not pressure me which was absolutely amazing. I give them a 100 out of 100.
